Abstract

To well realize the goal of innovation and improving the quality of education in primary schools, it is necessary to foster and develop teachers' capacity, especially pedagogical capacity. Pedagogical capacity has a great impact on the effectiveness of teachers' teaching and educational activities. Fostering pedagogical capacity for primary school teachers to meet the 2018 General Education Program is an urgent issue in theory and practice. The article presents research results, theoretical analysis and develops solutions to manage pedagogical capacity training activities for primary school teachers to meet the 2018 General Education Program.
