Abstract
A ninth-centry Gotha MS of Isidore’s Etymologiae has long been known to contain Old Welsh glosses. However, this note reveals the existence of a previously overlooked Old Irish gloss as well. Thus a new witness has been recovered for the study of bilingual glossing amongst early Irish and Welsh scholars.
