Abstract
肝脏胆管腺纤维瘤（BAF）是一种罕见的胆管肿瘤。我们报道1例BAF，患者于2017年5月8日就诊于江苏省无锡市第二人民医院。本例镜下示肝实质内见多量不规则分布的腺管样结构，伴囊性扩张。管腔上皮增生，部分呈乳头状增生突出于管腔内，部分区域细胞生长较活跃，细胞核圆形深染，可见核仁，伴轻-中度异型性，间质为纤维结缔组织，纤维母细胞增生。BAF是一种良性肿瘤，但具有恶变倾向，上皮成分可恶性转化、浸润，甚至远处转移，手术宜将病灶及周围部分正常肝组织完整切除。.
