Abstract

A bilevel optimal coordinated control strategy for park-level integrated energy system is proposed in this paper. In the case of normal operation, the minimization of operation cost is set as the goal for lower-level and upper-level control system, with the purpose of optimal control for their own resources. In the case of overload, the minimization of peak load shifting cost is set as the goal for the upper-level control system, which can be achieved by coordinating directly controlled upper-level resources and various demand response resources in the industrial park.
