Abstract

There is likely not a single topic in post-Soviet studies that does not get more interesting when examined through the comparative lens of Russia and Ukraine. In his work on the quest for unified university entrance exams, author Eduard Klein brings such a comparative focus to the growing topic of corruption in education. This monograph under review represents a Ph.D. thesis defended by Klein in 2016 and published in 2017, apparently without any major revisions.
