Abstract

International guidelines suggest that multiple arterial grafting is preferred for young patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery for multivessel disease. Limited data exist comparing outcomes of single internal thoracic artery (SITA) with bilateral internal thoracic artery (BITA) grafting in elderly patients.
