Abstract

A 57-year-old man with Marfan syndrome presents with bilateral neck pressure and discomfort shortly after performing bilateral arm curls with 5-pound weights for an upcoming trip, despite previously being compliant with advice against weightlifting. He has a history of valve-sparing aortic root replacement with reimplantation of the coronary arteries at age 54, with imaging showing no definitive aneurysms at that time. Computed tomography angiography at the time of presentation revealed 5.5-cm bilateral subclavian aneurysms (A/Cover and B).
