Abstract

Eight cases of bilateral sequential germ cell tumors of the testis are presented. Current treatment regimens are discussed in view of postlymphangiographic findings in patients with prior abdominal radiation and retroperitoneal surgery. Prognosis reflects the stage of disease at diagnosis with 6 patients in this series alive without evidence of metastases for as long as ten years following treatment for their second testicular tumor.
