Abstract

In Brief Bilateral lymphomatous optic nerve infiltration initially presented with mild unilateral optic nerve swelling without signs of infiltration, which then rapidly progressed into bilateral severe optic nerve swelling and infiltration with combined central retinal artery and vein occlusion resulting in complete blindness despite urgent high-dose corticosteroids infusions, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
