Abstract
Olecranon fractures are generally caused by indirect trauma following a fall with landing on the hand. On the other hand, bilateral olecranon fractures are rare. Bilateral olecranon fracture is a fairly rare entity. It has been reported in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, osteogenesis imperfecta, stress fracture, and has even revealed sarcoidosis.
