Abstract
Nonarteritic ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) developing within months of cataract surgery has been reported to occur on rare occasions. Bilateral NAION after immediate sequential bilateral cataract surgery is even more rarely reported. In the current literature, only a handful of such cases have been reported.
