Abstract
Bilateral stress fractures of fibula are very uncommon. We report an unusual case of bilateral stress fractures involving the distal fibula in a middle aged woman following a charity run. Conservative treatment was followed by rehabilitation. The patient made good recovery with no evidence of osteoporosis or recurrence.
