Abstract

Aortic pseudoaneurysm is an uncommon complication following major aortic surgery. Surgical intervention is challenging due to risks of pseudoaneurysm rupture, causing increased morbidity and mortality. Maintaining cerebral perfusion during circulatory arrest is therefore vital to improve patient outcomes.
