Abstract

ABSTRACT Becker’s nevus is a cutaneous smooth muscle hamartoma characterized by a unilateral, hyperpigmented, and hypertrichotic patch that commonly affects the upper trunk. It most commonly presents during puberty and sometimes it may be present since birth. We, hereby, report a case of late onset bilateral Becker’s melanosis over the scalp which is an unusual site.
