Abstract

A 21-year–old female presented with progressive weight gain, amenorrhea, hyperpigmentation, and proximal muscle weakness for 4 years. She complained of bilateral hip joint pain for the preceding 1 year. On examination, she had discriminatory features of Cushing syndrome with proximal myopathy, easy bruising, rounded face, increased dorsocervical fat pad, thinning of skin, and hyperpigmented striae. She had severe antalgic gait, and examination of hips revealed bilateral anterior joint line tenderness with restriction of joint movement.
