Abstract
There is an emerging literature exploring the consequences of witnessing discrimination and aggression at work. In this symposium, we explore the impact of workplace discrimination and aggression on witnesses' performance as well as firm performance, theories that explain these effects, and moderators that predict how witnesses perceive discrimination.
