Abstract

In this paper, we consider a Lotka--Volterra competition model with diffusion which describes the dynamics of the population of two competing species, and establish the bifurcation structure of positive stationary solutions of the model. To do this, we shall employ the comparison principle and the bifurcation theory and study the spatial profile of positive stationary solutions.
