Abstract

The article analyzes the program settings and the implementation of the Biden administration's foreign policy course with regard to Sub-Saharan African states in the political, military, and economic fields. (2021-2023).The author also considers the main directions of this policy, the State Department's assessments of the overall situation and the development of the last events on the African continent.
