Abstract
Over the past decade, cycling has been identified as a potential risk factor inducing erectile dysfunction. However, the reports have failed to present a balanced perspective of the cardiovascular benefits of this nonimpact aerobic form of exercise. In addition, much of the information available to our patients and the lay public in general, is derived from latenight television talk shows providing only a limited understanding of the data that exist. This paper presents a balanced approach to the topic of cycling and erectile function.
