Abstract

The reverse logistics network of the enterprise is designed with the background of the enterprise recycling the bicycle-sharing. A multi-echelon reverse logistics network with initial recovery point, recycling center, and treatment plant is proposed. With the goal of minimizing total reverse logistics costs, a 0-1 mixed integer programming model is established to get the location of various facilities and the number of each facility in reverse logistics system. A genetic algorithm is applied to solve the model. Simulation results show that the algorithm is effective and feasible, which can provide a reference model and algorithm for enterprises to design a reverse logistics network.
