Abstract
Today, many people worldwide suffer from at least one vascular disease, one of these diseases is the hemangioma. A hemangioma is a vascular tumor which, in many cases, requires surgical intervention. Approximatively 30% of all hemangiomas are visible at birth. It occurs 5 time more often in females than in males, 83% occur on the head and neck area, the remaining 17 % appear throughout to the rest of the body, externally and internally. The biggest problem is the origin of this tumor. Could we understand how a hemangioma forms, we should be able to accelerate its disappearance, or prevent its growth in the first place.

Hemangioamele, deşi au un caracter benign, deseori evoluează cu invadare agresivă în țesuturile adiacente, producând efect de masă şi dereglări funcționale grave, mai ales în cazul localizării periorbitale, paraauriculare, cervicale, perineale, a organelor cervicale, etc. [1, 4, 5]
Radioterapia este indicată în cazul hemangioamele cu localizare dificil anatomică, profunde cu o suprafaţă mare, electrocoagularea – în hemangiomele mici, punctiforme, cu hemoragii și localizare superficială [7, 8], scleroterapia cu utilizarea diferitor substanţe sclerozante – în tumorile mici, cu localizare profundă, preponderent în regiunea feței și a nasului, neajunsul ultimei metode fiind durata îndelungată a tratamentului și procedurile dureroase
Summary
Сегодня многие люди во всем мире страдают сосудистым заболеванием, одно из таких заболеваний – гемангиома. Tumorile vasculare sunt dificil de clasificat clinic și histologic; cele mai comune tipuri de tumori vasculare sunt hemangioamele infantile (constituie 7% din toate tumorile benigne ale copilului mic) [2].
