Abstract
An exact solution for Bianchi type VI cosmological model with perfect fluid as source of gravitational field is given in self-creation theory for different cases of matter. Physical and geometrical properties of the model are discussed. The effect of the scalar field $$\phi$$ on the entropy of the universe is given with an expression for the entropy for all different cases of matter.
