Abstract
In this Paper, I have summarized the lengthy judgment of famous Indian Anti-competition case titled as Bharat Matrimony v. Google India and others' (decided on 8/2/2018), briefly describing the substantive claims of Petitioners and findings of Directorate General (appointed by Competition Commission of India to investigate into the claims of Petitioners) as well as the responses made on behalf of Google and the findings of the Tribunal . I have also briefly described about the dissenting comments of the judges, who did not subscribe to some of the Majority's findings and given my own analysis in end.
