Abstract
The article discusses the genetic and chemical factors that unfold the biological sex and gender of individuals. It shows the cross section of a diverse range of conditions, like the 5-alpha reductase deficiency, with the pathways of gender complexity. The study reveals that the identified gender for an individual does not always align with their biological sex at birth.
