Abstract
The objective of this communication workshop is to provide a venue for skill building and mentorship among child psychiatrists. Participants will be introduced to different models of effective communication, will learn concrete strategies for using effective communication in delivering feedback and self-advocating, and will learn how to use cognitive flexibility to adapt their communication styles to different situations.
