Abstract
Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (IHCP) is associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes including sudden fetal cardiac arrhythmias and intrauterine fetal demise. This association is correlated with total bile acid (TBA) levels – a marker for disease severity. Studies have yet to determine if IHCP severity is associated with other adverse neonatal outcomes.
