Abstract

Executive Overview Blatant racism is rarely observed in contemporary corporate America. This is partially attributable to the good intentions of many corporate leaders to establish racial equality. However, these good intentions have not always been enough to eliminate discrimination in employment. Discrimination still exists because a more subtle form of racism has emerged in recent years, one not necessarily alleviated by current popular programs such as diversity training.
