Abstract

Over the past few years, many nonprofits have found out the hard way how resilient they are to changing operating environments. Whether it's having to scramble to find new funding sources, adopting new programming to adjust to physical limitations on operations or meeting donor preferences that seem to constantly be in flux, most nonprofit organizations have had to revise the way they do things to meet these new conditions as they arise.
