关节镜技术是20世纪骨科领域最重要的技术革命之一,其广泛开展极大地提高了关节创伤的诊疗水平.20世纪70年代以后,随着现代科技的进步、新器械的不断开发,关节镜技术发展迅速,由于其具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,目前除关节置换手术外,关节镜下微创手术已基本取代关节切开术。
