Abstract
Description of Four New Caddisflies from East Africa (Insecta, Trichoptera). The examination of a small collection of caddisflies from Kenya resulted in the detection of four new species. They are described as Madioxyethira kenyella n. sp., Cheumatopsyche mattheei n. sp., Cheumatopsyche unicalcarata n. sp. and Tinodes bicuspidalis n. sp. The male genitalia of the species are figured and the nearest relatives are indicated. The collection contained 14 other species, which are listed with their faunistic data.
