Abstract
Incidence of occupational diseases in Austria There are many similarities between German and Austrian occupational disease law. The Occupational Diseases Modernization Act, which came into force only a few months ago, is used below as an opportunity to describe the most important legal foundations and innovations in Austria and to report on some occupational diseases in particular.
