Abstract
SummaryA case is reported of benign metastasizing fibroleiomyoma with omental and pulmonary involvement. The patient showed a severe ventilation/perfusion respiratory defect. There have been 40 previously reported cases, only six with metastases to the lungs. This case appears to have been unique in the degree of pulmonary involvement.
