Abstract

Successful embryo implantation depends on a well-functioning endometrium as well as a normal healthy embryo. Several investigators have suggested that patients with implantation failure (IF) may benefit from mechanical endometrial stimulation performed in the cycle preceding the actual treatment cycle. The aim of this study is to assess the influence of local injury to the endometrium in a selected group of ICSI patients with prior IF.
