Abstract

Carbon fiber reinforced composite multilayer damping structures with different types of stiffeners demonstrate excellent mechanical properties. This paper deals with the bending properties analysis of carbon fiber reinforced composite multilayer damping structures with different types of stiffeners for the first time. A theoretical model was constructed to investigate the bending performance of the structure under static loading based on structural stress transfer mechanism between stiffener and composite plate. Moreover, the theoretical solution was compared with the numerical simulation results to confirm their validity. Finally, structural parameters were considered to discuss the change law of the structural center deflection.
