Abstract

Climate change, natural resources depletion and carbon emissions are increasingly crucial topics to the sustainable operations which concerns academics practitioners and enterprise. This paper was an application case of multinational chemical manufacturing of measuring and benchmarking the sustainable performance with an attempted to apply the aggregate concept to integrate HSE (health, safety and environment) indices in similar manufacturing sites in Asia under dynamic (panel data) in a period. The decision model of DEA bad output with window analysis was developed to addressing the issue to increasing the discriminating power for insufficient Dumps as well as minimizing the non-value-added process of undesirable outputs and inputs and maximizing the value-added process of desirable output. We proposed bad output CRS and GRS models to measuring and benchmarking results the sustainable performance invariability. This will be the reference model for driving the continuously improvement to different operations, benefiting the stakeholders and delivering long term competitive advantage in the industry.
