Abstract
By combining belief interval-value (Dempster–Shafer Theory) and soft set then concept of belief interval-valued soft set (BIVSS) is introduced. The complement, soft max-AND, and soft min-OR operations are defined on BIVSS. Soft belief power and soft recommend value on BIVSS are introduced to solve MCDM problems as applications of the new concept. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the new approach.
