Abstract
The purpose of this exploratory study was to examine the impact of an international field study class on students’ consumer ethnocentric tendencies as measured by the CETSCALE (Shimp and Sharma 1987). Undergraduate U.S. business students participating in an international field study course were measured on their consumer ethnocentric tendencies and knowledge of European business before and after travel to Europe.
