Abstract
Many charities working in our society play a very important and active role. Zakat is a basic component of their financial system and a large part of their fixed expenses is the salaries of the people who work in it. Therefore, many institutions want their salaries to be paid from Zakat, and for this purpose, they rely on the "Aamleen" (out of the eight expenses of Zakat mentioned in the Holy Qur'an. That was a group whose job was to collect Zakat from the people at the official level; their salary was paid from the collected Zakat.) Similarly, a large number of Islamic madrassas also receive Zakat and Sadqaat. Are the people working in it be paid Zakat on the basis of speculation on the judges or other government officials who work for the public interest and their wages are paid from the treasury or not? In this article, first the necessary issues related to the Aamleen have been mentioned and then it has been examined whether the said persons can be compared to them or not.
