Abstract
23 procès ont fait l’objet d’en enregistrement en tant qu’archives historiques dans le cadre de la loi Badinter du 11 juillet 1985. Mais six autres dossiers portent sur des affaires dont la demande d’enregistrement a reçu un avis défavorable. Leur nombre est assez restreint, mais finalement proportionnel à celui des procès qui eux ont eu un avis favorable. En s’y intéressant, on peut observer quelle mémoire aurait été laissée si ces six procès avaient été enregistrés avec ceux qui sont maintenant conservés à titre de traces historiques aux Archives nationales.
