Abstract
Fourteen accessions of field bean obtained from a previous screening were grown on different shallow water tables mantained from almost waterlogging to optimal water table level. The performance of the lines generally confirmed the results obtained in the previous year. Manfredini, Chiaro T. L. and P.11 lines showed good resistence to high water table. Pod setting seemed to be the main trait linked to yield reduction in excess water conditions.
