Abstract
Standard models of the behavior of business systems and a body of mathematics that underlies them are considered. The classes of flow, algorithmic, and process interaction models are singled out. For the formal description of these models, the application is shown of modifications of the Petri nets and also process-resource-object graphs (prographs). The outlined models and the methods based on them can be used in the development and improvement of information technologies for the creation and reformation of business systems.
