Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors influencing the intention to use fintech asset management among Indonesian Millennials and Gen Z, specifically focusing on the Ajaib application as the fintech asset management platform. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, and a total of 123 respondents were included. Data collection was conducted through an online survey. This study employed the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique with the assistance of smartPLS 3 software. The results of the research indicate that the variables of performance expectancy and effort expectancy have a positive and significant impact on the behavioral intentions of Millennials and Gen Z users of Ajaib. However, the variables of social influence and facilitating conditions do not have a significant influence on the behavioral intentions of Millennials and Gen Z users of the Ajaib application.
