Abstract

The following paper describes performance of CVD graphene under influence of a glow discharge plasma of very low energy. The presented experimental results show changes in graphene resistance followed by alternations of magnitude and polarity of Hall voltage, that are controlled via the ignition of plasma. The Hall voltage polarity reversal represents changes in the nature of electrical conductivity, distinguishing between positive (holes) or negative (electrons) charges carrying the current in the graphene sample under the given conditions.
