Abstract

This paper describes the results of measurements at ceramic nitride oxide (CERNOX) resistance temperature sensors in static magnetic fields up to 15 T and about 4.2 K. Presented is the change of the resistance vs the magnetic field of 6 CERNOX sensors. The relative maximum resistance deviation is almost in the same range but the course of the curves depends on the individual relative sensitivity of the sensors.
