Behavior and influencing factors associated with patient delay in patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head

Abstract

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head is a common disease in orthopedics. When going to a doctor, the osteonecrosis of the femoral head has reached an advanced stage since the disease′s etiology and nosogenesis are unclear, which has a serious impact on clinical treatment effects and quality of life. This paper elaborated the concept of patient delay, current situation of seeking medical advice and influencing factors of patient delay of osteonecrosis of the femoral head so as to provide reference for promoting early medical treatment and alleviating the progression of disease.
