Abstract

The article provides an overview of opinions on alienation and degradation. It talks about how important, relevant, and depending on what the role and significance of the subject in society is formed and visible. The views and opinions of sociologists are shown, during which an attempt is made to broadly shed light on how individuals in society get into this state and what its consequences lead to. The causes and factors of the alienation of groups and their members from their groups and communities living in modern society and entering into mutually diverse relationships were considered. In this article, the issue of alienation is considered and theoretically analyzed precisely as a sociological problem. The article shows the concepts of studying the problems of alienation developed by European scientists. The author cites the social views of such thinkers as Hegel, Marx, Habermas, Fromm on alienation and degradation.
