Teaching Hospital. Seven cases were performed LTCC who had 31 times second Trimester miscarriage. Three patients had the history of previous failed vaginal cervical cerclage. LTCC was performed using Mersilene tape at the level of the internal cervical os in the non-pregnancy period. The laparoscopic approach enabled placement of a suture with no morbidity, and rapid patient recovery in seven cases. One year after surgery one case had delivered a live baby by cesarean section in 38w gestation, birth weight 3600gm. Six cases didn't pregnant yet in whom 1 case suffered from bilateral fallopian tube occlusion. Laparoscopic cervical cerclage is feasible and effective as well as technically feasible and safe for a surgeon trained in laparoscopic suturing methods.
