Abstract

Even before the ubiquity of spreadsheets and e‐mail, documentation of campaign efforts was a commonly implemented practice. Drafted memos would outline expectations for managers. Charts mapping perceived employee sentiments over time to help identify whom to speak to and messages to convey would be created. A recent decision from the NLRB, however, serves as a useful message to be mindful of what you memorialize via documentation.
