Abstract
In three-dimensional de Sitter space S 1 3 and anti-de Sitter space H 1 3, we generalize the classical Bäcklund theorem. Moreover, we obtain explicit forms of Bäcklund transformations (BTs) in the Tchebyshev coordinates and investigate the relation of loop group actions and BTs in S 1 3.
