Abstract
Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a kidney cancer that originates in the lining of the proximal convoluted tubule. The classical triad of RCC is hematuria, flank pain and mass and when RCC is small size RCC is usually asemptomatic. Hydatic cyst is a prevalent parasitic disease in Mediterraneanregion and Middle East. Its diagnosis is sometimes problematic because of nonspecific complaints. In this case, patient is 54 years old and and has flank pain. We eveluated patient and found Hydatic cyst and Renal cell carcinoma at the same time. In this case we aim to discuss together in RCC with Hydatic cyst.
